This document sets forth the warranty policy of Chillax Care Limited (‘Chillax’) from which you (‘Purchaser’) purchase your baby and home monitoring device and its accessories.

This policy is applicable only to ChillaxHome and ChillaxBaby (‘Products’) described in the Warranty Certificate extended to the Purchaser along with the correlated invoice or the Certificate in the website page for the product being questioned. 

Warranty period 

Warranty period is 1 year and starts on the date the products are delivered.
By default, Purchaser receives above mentioned ‘standard warranty’ . 

Purchaser shall not rely upon any other information or documentation . 

Within the warranty period, Chillax will replace any defective device or fixture with equal working model in the same conditions or better. 

 

Warranty Limitations

Chillax warranty does not include:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
  • Damages incurred during set-up
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
  • Damage caused by natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the product.

 

Claim Procedures:

  • Claims for defective device must be made within ONE year from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 60 calendar days after the merchandise is received
  • Any claim for defective device returns must be packed in original packaging
  • Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice
  • If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible
